Linda Projansky

Linda Projansky is a Senior Consultant with Grand Roads Executive Search.

With over twenty years of executive search and human resources experience, Linda has provided executive search consulting services to a variety of companies spanning a broad set of industries. Throughout her professional career, she has developed a strong track record in the ability to quickly assess client needs and identify qualified, interested candidates. Her recruiting experience includes a strong concentration in Marketing, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Legal, Technology and Financial Services.

Linda also has assisted clients with various Human Resources challenges, including development of customized employee handbooks, compensation studies, and strategic counsel on a variety of employee relations issues.

Prior to focusing exclusively on client-based executive search and human resources consulting, Linda served as a human resources executive for a large advertising agency where she was responsible for recruitment and staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development, and employee relations. Previously, she has held senior human resources positions at leading companies within the health care and insurance industries.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois and received her Masters degree from the Institute of Human Resources and Industrial Relations at Loyola University.
