Detailed Job Description
This leading IT services company has been managing and providing IT solutions to customers across the United States for more than 15 years.

The company has managed double-digit growth rates in revenues since its inception. However, founding managment now wishes to put in place a succession team and accordingly are looking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer to take full responsibility for the ongoing expansion of the business.

Reporting directly to the Board, this individual will have full responsibility for running the company (consisting currently of 250 people). He/she will have accountability for growing revenues and profitability by further extending the client base of this company in the United States and by pursuing global expansion of the business.

Candidates must have senior-level executive experience managing and driving revenue growth at a strategic level within a professional services firm.

Strong commercial awareness is a pre-requisite as is a proactive ability to drive business growth. An ability to influence not only internally but also externally will also be highly important as will an ability to demonstrate innovative thinking within a complex business structure.

This will be a highly visible role and will inevitably enable the individual to make huge personal impact on the success of this market-leading company.
